Jim Slattery has said that each of us have the duty to try to make our community better and the U.S. Senate isn't getting the job done. 1

But in his last year in office, Slattery missed more votes in the U.S. House of Representatives than any other Kansas Member of Congress, and 99 percent of all Members of Congress. 2
